What is needed to help farmers to grow more from less?

We can only grow more food from less land by providing farmers with the innovation and the knowledge to use land and water more efficiently and to conserve biodiversity. The real challenge confronting the future is about decisions regulators and policy makers are making to give farmers better access to agricultural technologies.
